​I started my career in real estate in 2004, and worked with one of the top realtors in the Napa Valley for 6 years. Focusing on marketing to top clients, and finding unique ways to present their property, was my goal. In 2010, after having two children, I decided to create MEM so I’d be able to raise them at home, yet still maintain my connections, and challenge myself to continue to learn and grow.
